Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 365 days of the purchase date. To initiate the return or exchange process, please carefully read and follow the guidelines outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and undamaged.
- The item must not have been washed, altered, or used in any way.
2. Return and Exchange Process:

Please include your order number, specific products for return, and the corresponding reason for refund. If possible, attach clear pictures of any product issues to help us quickly understand your order. We promise to reply within 24 hours.
If your return and refund request has been accepted, we will send you an email with the return number and shipping address.
3. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchange will be processed within 1 business day return was received.
4. Return shipping cost
- If the reason for return was our fault, for example: Wrong item was sent, damaged item, faulty item, etc, we will offer full refunds on returns including the outbound shipping fees and return shipping fee.
- If the reason for return was not our fault, for example: buyer remorse, wrong item was ordered, etc. Customer needs to pay for the return shipping.
Please provide the return tracking number when you have it. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and issue a full refund to your original payment method if it meets all the return requirements.
